Sew Many Ways |
Our sewing group meets every Tuesday in the Shenandoah Fellowship hall. We enjoy quilting and creating handmade memories. Our group ranges from beginners to experienced sewers, and all will lend advice and encouragement. It is your choice what you sew: quilts, clothes, embroidery, knitting, etc…all are welcome! If you choose quilts, we piece our quilts by machine, and then do machine quilting. You may also complete your quilt by hand. We have patterns and some equipment you may borrow. It is not a requirement that you attend our Church; however we do highly recommend Shenandoah Baptist Church! We hope to see you soon! Please join us and SEW MANY WAYS! This Ministry is open to the public. For more information, please contact Fran Crowder at (512) 694-1227. |
Women’s Ministries |
Our Women’s Ministry exists for reaching, teaching and nurturing the women of our church and community so that each woman will come to faith, Christian maturity, and service through interaction with God, His Word, and one another. This is accomplished through Bible studies, women’s conferences, weekend retreats, and fun social events throughout the year. Our Bible studies, programs, and events are planned with your needs in mind. Your heart will be inspired, your life enriched, and your relationships strengthened, especially your relationship with the Lord. |
Men’s Ministries |
The mission of the Shenandoah Baptist Church Men’s Ministry is to biblically train and outfit men to grow in their faith, become strong spiritual leaders in their homes, church and places of business, and to expand them in Christian living. The ministry seeks to accomplish this through Bible study, prayer groups, breakfasts, and retreats. In today’s culture, it’s increasingly important for men to honor God with their hearts and their lives. The Men’s Ministry at Shenandoah wants to help men on that journey |
